Early Phases

I thought evenly about my dad, grandpa and brothers who all enjoy fishing and hunting. I decided to go with one of my brothers who loves archery and going to the gun range. I made a belt that replicated the shape of a bullet puncture in metal on a round target. My box is meant to be very similar to a gun or bow case with egg crate cushioning.

I was also looking at the sculptural monuments of Maya Lin. I really lived her clean, minimalist designs and metal work.
