Finished Images
Through the following three images I explore my discomfort and anxiety in three locations that I don't have complete control over: my bathroom, livingroom and boyfriend's car. While the stacks appear organized, there is an overlying fear of them falling over.

Site Study #1
For my first location I chose to explore my boyfriend's car. I instantly thought of his car because it entices a strong feeling for me--hate. It's very low to the ground, tight and he leaves his clothes and water bottles everywhere. Not to mention that his A/C doesn't work.
After sitting in the car to gain inspiration, I naturally found myself stacking and folding item to take inventory. When I looked over, I realized I'd already made my first sculpture.

Site Study #2
I have a small cacti/succulent collection, and recently one of them got injured by a flying picture frame. Four leaves were shaved off the side of the succulent. I was inspired by the plant's new form.
Site Study #3
After the working critique I was able to hone in on the context and feeling that I wanted to achieve through my site studies. I really wanted to expand upon the uncomfortable organization of the stacks of clothing. This time, I wanted to see the same lay out in other areas of my house.
