Photo Gallery: Golden Hour

A great shoot followed by a dramatic turn of events!

This shoot was super fun! The model, Destynee, is so sweet and funny. We were constantly getting distracted and talking. I had to remind myself that I was there to take pictures.

For this shoot, I traveled outside of Corpus all the way up to Marble Falls (a solid 3 hour drive). We were shooting at this beautiful resort during golden hour!

When we decided to wrap up the shoot things started going downhill. The tire on my car was flat. F-L-A-T. It was 8:00 pm in a town I wasn't familiar with and I had almost no cell service. I was able to get in contact with AAA and was told a tow truck could come at 9:30. The next thing I knew it was 10:00 pm and there were no trucks it sight (trust me, I called the the number AAA sent me a ton and got no answer). I felt so thankful for the model, Destynee, because she was determined to stay with me, and even insisted that she pay for my hotel room when the tow truck never came.

Long story short, the next morning I had to get a local towing company to take my car to an auto center. I never heard back from the towing company that AAA sent, but my insurance company has called about twenty times to apologize.
